Annual Salary: £40k - £45k plus up to 20% annual bonus

A prestigious business centre focused on luxury hospitality is seeking a Centre Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a personable and motivated individual looking to enhance their business management skills. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Client Experience Manager will be responsible for maintaining high service levels, financial management, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Day to day of the role:

  • Conduct regular reviews of client services to ensure high service standards.
  • Address and resolve client grievances effectively.
  • Manage client meetings related to move-ins and move-outs, including tasks and inventories.
  • Oversee the centre's financial aspects, including revenue, budgeting, and P&L statements.
  • Supervise pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns.
  • Handle billing, debt chasing, and other financial interactions with clients.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies by evaluating resources and conducting various audits.
  • Continuously review and improve internal operational processes.
  • Understand client contract terms and conditions and generate basic licence and service agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally 5 years of operational experience in a client-facing industry.
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety regulations and Facilities Management is favourable.
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Positive and motivational leadership style with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and stay composed under pressure.
  • Self-driven with the resilience to work through obstacles.
  • Open to continual growth, learning, and constructive feedback.
