Our client has its own in-house Discretionary Fund Management (DFM), they offer a unique and integrated approach to financial planning and investment management.
Role: Senior IFA Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), ensuring seamless client service and support.
- Prepare and process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with data protection standards.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of client review packs, reports, and presentations.
- Manage the workflow and prioritization of administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Support the IFAs in research and analysis tasks as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator, with a strong understanding of financial planning and investment management processes.
- Experience working with HNW clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant financial services qualifications (e.g., CII, CISI) are advantageous but not essential.
