Would suit a Graduate (Business / Supply Chain / or Similar) with placement year or a Sales, Supply Chain or similar administrator looking for the next step.

Our client is a privately owned, dynamic business, focused on providing home appliance solutions to retailers, consumers and business to business customers. Due to continued growth now have an excellent opportunity for Partnerships Executive to join their team in Wigan.

Duties include:

Account Support and Management:

  • Develop, update and analyse weekly/monthly/ quarterly KPI reports for key customers.
  • Carry out regular product category competitor shops/analysis.
  • Carry out monthly market reviews and produce relevant presentations.
  • Providing support material (agendas, presentations, reports) for customer meetings.
  • Support the Sales Team with content on an ongoing basis (images, attribute sheets, product videos, comparisons tables etc.).
  • To develop a good understanding of the markets, categories, and products supplied

Supply:

  • To work with the Commercial Team and Suppliers to secure optimum stock levels

Database Maintenance:

  • Develop, maintain and distribute Customer KPI files
  • Develop and maintain supplier range documents/price file on an ongoing basis including SOA and debit note tracking
  • Liaise with the Branded Suppliers to ensure the co-ordination and timely receipt of product information for customer range reviews.
  • Liaise with the Branded Suppliers to ensure the co-ordination and timely receipt of commercial and marketing information for promotions
  • Liaise closely with the Sales Team to provide them with product and promotional information

The successful candidate will:

  • Educated to degree level or past experience in an analytical role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines (and ensure others do so).
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude to driving team goals.
  • You should possess the following personal attributes.
  • Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Commercially minded and be able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Completer finisher approach to work. Commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion within a set timeframe.
