Reed HR are looking for an Assistant Director of People to support a non-for-profit organisation based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR across the organisation and be tasked with shaping and delivering people strategies to successfully deliver the goals of the organisation. What you'll be doing:
- Cultural Leadership – developing a culture reflecting the organisations goals.
- Change Management - Act as a colleague champion and change agent, leading culture change programmes.
- Engagement and Partnership- Develop and implement engagement projects, build influential relationships with stakeholders.
- Organisational Development - Support structural and cultural change, ensure a range of learning and career opportunities.
What you need:
- Relevant HR qualification and CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
- Significant senior management experience in HR/OD.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
What you'll get:
- A salary starting between £57-£67k
- 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 days after 5 years.
