Are you a strong sales professional looking to make an impact in the Fintech industry? Be-IT are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Business Development Executive.
- Glasgow or Edinburgh - Hybrid (2 days per week)
- Salary – Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission & benefits.
- Unable to provide Sponsorship.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Focus on identifying potential clients within the UK Financial Services industry.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with different teams to design and execute new business campaigns.
- CRM Management: Ensure the sales CRM tool is always up-to-date and accurate.
- Pursuit Planning: Develop, maintain, and implement strategies to pursue potential business opportunities.
- Client Targeting: Proactively seek out and engage with potential new clients.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in lead generation and opportunity conversion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in engaging with key decision-makers.
- A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
- Confidence and skill in addressing and overcoming objections.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others.
Nice to have:
Experience or familiarity with the software industry and/or Financial Services sector is a plus.
