Meraki Talent's highly regarded Consultancy client is actively looking for several talented Consultant Business analysts to join their digital banking solutions arm. With an array of blue-chip clients in the commercial / retail banking space and a commitment to expansion they are actively looking to hire several consultants to help deliver client solutions.

They are looking for candidates that come from a consultancy background delivering solutions in a digital banking / payment's environment and for people who have a strong technical business analyst background

Responsibilities of the Consultant Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

  • Assist clients in developing and evaluating their technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Support delivery programs by gathering and managing requirements using agile software tools, collaborating with Product Owners, Solution Architects and Development teams
  • Continuously learn and adapt to client and program needs, expanding into new areas as required (e.g., Retail Banking, Payments, Commercial Banking).
  • Act as a technical BA, supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, process definition, and go-live.

Background of the Consultant Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

  • Extensive experience working within retail / commercial banking environment
  • Extensive background as a technical business analyst working on digital payment / banking solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and client relationship building skills
