These global leaders are continuing to dominate the food manufacturing industry. They are now seeking a team leader to join their team and help grow the business further.
This is a fixed shift pattern with days and nights shits, you will be responsible for 2 engineers. This role will include allocating and coordinating engineers to jobs to ensure continuous improvement of the production site.
The ideal candidate will have good experience from a maintenance background, looking for an autonomous role with a global leading business. Experience in a leadership / supervisor role is desirable.
The Role:
- Fixed shifts (2 days & 2 nights)
- Managing a team of 2.
- Allocated engineers to maintenance jobs.
The Person:
- Maintenance engineer with electrical experience.
- Leadership or management experience desired.
- Commutable to Maidstone.
