Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Earthworks and Structures packages on the HS2 project.
- Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead a team of skilled professionals, driving excellence through your expertise and leadership.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including tier 1 contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
- Demonstrable prior experience working on Earthworks and Structures projects is crucial.
- Ideally, you have experience working for tier 1 contractors, understanding their requirements and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team towards project success.
