This progressive Top 10 firm are actively looking to appoint a Director within their Corporate Finance team. Working on some fantastic projects, you will join forces with a well-connected team and help to develop the CF department.

Your role as a Corporate Finance Director:
- Advising business owners on exit strategies / succession planning
- Acquisition advisory, identification and validation of options
- You will work closely with shareholders and boards on fundraising.
- Commercial awareness to introduce additional services to clients where appropriate.
- Pitching to new clients and the firm's network to generate further organic growth.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrable audit experience gained within a professional services firm.
- Keen interest in the transactions and advisory sector.
- Ability to organise and mentor teams across different projects.
- Ideally some experience of diligence assignments, but not critical.
