Exciting Opportunity: End-to-End Property Manager (hybrid working)
Our client is offering a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to join their team in a dynamic and varied property management role. This position is perfect for someone eager to expand their skill set and grow within the industry.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including but not limited to:
Property Management Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in property management is required. ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Referencing and Compliance: Understanding of the referencing process, right to rent requirements, and preparation and enforcement of ASTs. Experience in handling tenancy renewals is also important.
- Deposit Management: Full knowledge of deposit registration requirements and the deposit release process.
- Stakeholder Communication: Experience in liaising with landlords, tenants, and building managers at all levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain all statutory records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee contractor management, maintenance, and repairs.
- Rent and Financial Management: Effective management of rent arrears, keeping accurate financial records, and preparing weekly client reports.
- Inspections: Organise and execute property inspections as needed.

- Standard hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work (2-3 times per year) for building launches.
