As the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll drive the brand proposition across the top 4, setting & executing channel strategy along with the Commercial Director.

Now trading equally across both private label and brand, the business continues to invest in NPD, with further ranges to hit the market in 2024/25!

Description

The Senior Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market success for our brands. With a focus on innovation and customer-centric strategies, the incumbent will lead the development and execution of commercial plans, fostering strong relationships both internally and with customers. This role demands an entrepreneurial attitude, innovative thinking, and a commitment to delivering results.

  • Drive revenue and profit growth through effective execution of Brand strategy.
  • Foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understand customer business strategies and growth drivers and develop winning Joint Business plans aligned to customer strategic imperatives.
  • Ensure innovation plans are landed successfully.
  • Support the management team in defining budgets, targets and growth driven strategies.
  • Identify and execute business opportunities to increase brand visibility and presence.
  • Negotiate cost price changes, range, distribution, shelf positioning, promotional activities etc. to build the brand within the customer portfolio.
  • Formulating customer specific plans/strategies in line with accountable budgets, costing, packaging and retail prices.
  • Create and maintain demand forecast at volume, value and profit level along with the demand planning team.

Profile

  • Previous experience managing major retailers/multiples within the FMCG at a senior level
  • Experience of growing branded business in a high pace environment
  • Proven track record of working to KPI's and achieving targets
  • Proficient in commercial analysis and data interpretation to inform strategic decision-making
  • Adept at cultivating and managing relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external

customers

  • Proven expertise in influencing and negotiation, capable of driving successful outcomes in diverse

business scenarios
