THE COMPANY

I am headhunting on behalf of a telecommunications giant for a key Marketing Data Analyst hire. Please note this is a part time role (3 day working week).

THE ROLE

The successful Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support marketing initiatives, focusing on personalisation and customer segmentation.
  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Utilise SQL to query databases, extract data, and generate actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimisation and improvement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Marketing Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
