This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a Global Insurer to help with a large migration programme. The ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with Opeations or Risk experience while working in a regulated environment.

As a Business Operations Analyst your role will be to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes across the Insurance organisation. This role focuses on improving operational standards through process analysis, standardization, and automation, ultimately translating business needs into practical solutions.

  • Ideally you will have experience within a regulated industry eg. Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, Regulator etc.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
  • Experience in process documentation, standardization, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using process analysis and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
