Roles and responsibilities:
- Carry out clients fact finds and collate supporting documents.
- Provide advice and recommendation on Mortgage and Protection products.
- Manages ongoing cases through to completion, ensuing high customer satisfaction.
- Generate your enquiries through a number of channels including building and developing business relationships.
- Stay up to date on products and regulation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CEMAP or CII qualification in Mortgage advice.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Located in the South West
