The difference you will make as a Major Works Supervisor
You will be responsible for supervising a team to deliver all major works projects that are triaged from reactive services. Supporting the RPS Dartford Senior Management Team.
This role ensures the efficient and effective execution of major property works, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. including the management of damp and mold projects, ensuring teams operate to RPS defined branch standards and deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing project budgets
