Commercial Property Lawyer Responsibilities:
- Manage an interesting and varied caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work
- Work closely with other senior Solicitors to drive departmental growth
- Provide expert advice to clients on commercial property matters
- Handle a diverse range of commercial property transactions
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with experience in Commercial Property law
- Confidence in written and verbal communications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing own caseload of clients
- Proficiency with case management systems
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- IT proficiency
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
