Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a new role?

Recruit UK is working with a wealth management firm in Kirton Lindsey looking to bring on an additional Financial Planning Administrator. This role is to cover maternity leave, the contract will last between 12-18 months.

As a financial planning administrator, you will be part of a dedicated team providing personalised financial advice tailored to the client's unique needs and aspirations. Gone are the days of generic advice and bewildering jargon - this firm prioritise building meaningful relationships with its clients.

Duties will include:

  • Processing new business.
  • Producing quotes.
  • Preparing meeting packs.
  • Completing and processing paperwork.
  • Client liaison.
  • Diary management.
  • General administration duties.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience as a financial planning administrator.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
