Logistics Coordinator
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: £25,000 £30,000 (DOE)
Reed Epsom are supporting a client who is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our company's logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth day to day running of the logistics operations.
Day to Day of the role:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth process flow.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and transport companies.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Solve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
- Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
