A highly regarded and award-winning Law firm is currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Administration Assistant to join its Altrincham based office.
You will be working as part of a small office assisting multiple teams, covering reception and providing general administration support to the office.
This role is full time & office based.
Duties to Include:
- Producing and processing Legal documents and correspondence
- General administration support, photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Managing diaries and booking travel/business events
- Being first point of contact to Clients, providing refreshments and keeping the reception area clean and tidy
