Overview
Our enthusiastic and hugely successful client, located in Warwick, are looking to take on a Finance Assistant who has a minimum of 12 months experience. Due to the continuous growth of the business, this role is available due to promotion within the business. This position will be perfect for someone who is early on in their career looking for a new environment and challenge.
The successful candidate here would be someone who has experience with invoicing, liaising with suppliers, working with internal and external stakeholders and some reconciliation. Additionally, you will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working alongside the wider finance team.
Ideally, you will:
- Have experience working in an Accounts Payable role, assisting with multiple aspects of the job such a processing a range of invoices, reconciling ledgers and liaising with suppliers
- Be a forward thinking, enthusiastic individual, as our client are looking not only for someone to be perfect for the role but to also fit in well with the team
- Be the type of person who has knowledge about how to improve processes, who can come up with ideas on this - as someone who is a forward thinker would be amazing
- Be currently studying AAT or have a strong academic background with a degree in Finance and Accounting
