We are currently working in partnership with an established Housing Association in the Somerset area, who are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator on an initial three-month rolling contract.
This will be a full-time position based in Somerset, with autonomy over your home working provided and an hourly rate of circa £17.00 Umbrella.
The ideal candidate will have experience independently working through back logs of works, understanding the severity of repairs and Open Housing/PIMS experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Entering compliance related data on to in house systems to assist with a backlog of work
- Understanding the severity of repairs, those needing action raised to the correct party
- Assisting in the development of new procedures across the organisation
- Monitoring internal systems to ensure that all jobs completed on time and there is a high degree of data accuracy
- Utilising a variety of IT systems including MS Excel and in house systems
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing
- Experience dealing with repairs
- Experience prioritising work
