Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one and/or with small groups support pupils learning and development.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with behavioural challenges.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
