Job purpose
- Audit Leadership: Take the lead in planning, executing, and completing audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients. Ensure compliance with audit standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, provide valuable insights, and offer strategic advice to enhance their financial performance.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide audit teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Provide technical expertise, training, and support to team members.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the audit practice's strategic plans. Identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth. Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards in audit methodologies, documentation, and reporting. Ensure adherence to professional ethics and standards.
- Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

The successful candidate
- FCCA, ACA, or ACCA qualified.
- Demonstrable experience in leading an Audit team.
- Technically proficient with close attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Demonstrable experience in winning and developing new and established clients.
- Practicing certificate would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to produce work in a timely manner.
- A strategic, creative, and analytical thinker.
