About Us:
Reed Education North Wales is partnering with a well-regarded secondary school in Flintshire to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher. This role focuses on teaching French and one other language (flexible depending on the candidate's expertise) to Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a supply position starting in September 2024 and is required until mid-December 2024.

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate MFL Teacher who can deliver high-quality language education, specifically in French and an additional language of your expertise. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing an engaging and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French and one other language to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced level.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of students and the school.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in language education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practices where appropriate.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Relevant degree or diploma in French/German/Spanish education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching languages to students of all ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
