Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our exclusive client, Little Moons who are a frozen and chilled mochi, which is a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized and delicious dessert that's bursting with flavors.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, and motivated HR Assistant to join the growing team. This is an exciting opportunity supporting the People team and the 360-recruitment lifecycle for the business. They are going through an incredible period of growth both in the UK and in Europe. The HR Assistant will work closely with the People Team to support the growing business and bring new talent to the company across all divisions by assisting to recruit directly and via Pertemps. This role will also be supporting the People Team in ad-hoc duties.

We're looking for someone who is super personable and mega organised, a real people person who loves to build relationships with individuals at all levels. A positive and ‘can – do,' attitude is essential for this role with the ability to thrive in an ever developing and rapidly growing business.

Some of the Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all opportunities at Little Moons including permanent, contract, and interim roles

Taking ownership (with guidance and support from the People Team) for the end-to-end recruitment for personally assigned vacancies

Building strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels as well as candidates at all levels

Taking role briefs from internal stakeholders and helping to develop job descriptions

Helping to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process function keeping both the candidate experience and the business requirements at the forefront

Manage scheduling for interviews and communicating all interview logistics with candidates and interview teams

Supporting the People Team in any ad-hoc tasks including data collection and presentations using programmes such as Excel and PowerPoint

Supporting the People Team in any HR related activities

Essential Requirements:

Ideally 1 year's experience / exposure in a recruitment assistant position or equivalent skill-based role working closely with internal and external stakeholders and candidates

Good influencing and negotiation skills

Confident to guide hiring managers and candidates at a range of levels through the recruitment process from first touch point to offer

A responsive and confident communicator with great listening skills

Strong MS Suite skills, including PowerPoint, Office and MS Excel are essential

A naturally organised and inquisitive person, someone who loves to create and continuously improve processes and ways of working

Excellent time management skills able to work towards tight deadlines

Adaptable with the ability to pivot and change approaches and priorities depending on the needs their evolving company
