My client is looking for an organised and hard working individual to assist with financial and administration tasks, ensuring smooth transactions and operations within the merchant services department.

My client is looking for an organised and hard working individual to assist with financial and administration tasks, ensuring smooth transactions and operations within the merchant services department. Description

  • Management of the Merchant Services in box - ordering new terminals, till rolls, terminal movements
  • Resolving practice PDQ queries.
  • Group PCI management and administration. Now extended across all UK and Ireland practices and any new acquisitions.
  • Working with HOF and PCI Compliance Auditor in the annual review of the PCI policies and Practice documentation to ensure that it remains relevant and up to date.
  • Merchant Services support and set up to include Channel Islands and Ireland.
  • Provision of pay by link to sites.
  • Assistance with Digital projects and web site links.
  • General Finance and Admin duties

Profile

A successful Accounts Administrator/ Merchant Services Co-Ordinator should have:

  • A strong background in administration and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of merchant services and financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
