We are looking for a night shift Warehouse Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working between 10pm and 9am (based on business needs), Sunday to Friday.

The Role
As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage night shift operations within our Erith warehouse, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and customer requirements are met.
You will ensure we achieve KPIs, follow compliance and adhere to employee regulations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will make sure all inbound and outbound processes are adhered to.
Managing a team of staff, you will deliver daily briefings, assign work, resolve issues and oversee recruitment, absences, performance and conduct.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded and unloaded using the correct equipment
- Support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are communicated to the team
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Manager, you will need:
- Experience in warehouse management
- Good working knowledge of all relevant operational practices
- Proven leadership qualities
- To be motivated and proactive
