Randstad are seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Hertfordshire and Rickmansworth when they require an additional member of staff to cover absence, illness or pre-planned teaching courses. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for educators who want to make a significant impact on students' education while enjoying flexible teaching opportunities. You have full control over which days you work, and which days you keep for your own personal life, meaning you are truly able to find an education role that works for you!
Key Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching to primary school students
- Implement lesson plans and adhere to the curriculum provided by the school
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school protocols
Qualifications:
- Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in primary education teaching
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and requirements
