Role Overview:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in the lettings department. You'll be responsible for managing the lettings process, from applicant and landlord enquiries to property viewings and rental agreements. Your excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings, showcasing available rental properties to potential tenants.

Build strong relationships with landlords, understanding their requirements and advising on rental pricing and market trends.

Negotiate rental terms, ensuring a fair and beneficial outcome for both landlords and tenants.

Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including tenant referencing, contract preparation, and move-in coordination.

Stay informed about local property market conditions, rental legislation, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (Min 2 years) in residential lettings is essential, ideally at a senior level.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle essential
  • Adept at building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant property legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
