IFA Administration Manager - Manage 4/5 staff - £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary

My client is a medium sized Independent Financial Advice firm who I have met and placed 8+ members of staff with. They are an entrepreneurial business who have build the trust of their clients over many years. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to families, City professionals, accumulators, retirees and SME owners across the M4 Corridor.

The Advisers are generating lots of new business via their unique lead generation system and lots of introducers are passing on new business to them. The business has c.15 staff with a pooled team of administrators and paraplanners and this is growing organically. As a result of this my client is creating a brand-new role within the business for an established Admin Team Leader. The role will be responsible for managing a team of up to 5 Administrators.

You will ideally have management experience already or aspire to step into a management role. You will be responsible for managing workflows, 1-2-1 appraisals, drafting improvement plans, checking the administrators' work, recruitment, managing workflows and conducting your own senior administration for the Advisers. If you have used Transact/Royal London/Aviva/AJ Bell or other systems then this is advantageous. My client can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package including pensions, death in service and very substantial earning potential. My client are looking to offer £40k - £45k basic salary.
