Description

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Agency department to ensure alignment of CRM campaigns with marketing objectives.
  • Manage customer segmentation and communication strategies.
  • Monitor CRM metrics and performance, and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience across all touch points.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all CRM activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM.

Profile

A successful CRM Executive should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
