An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a dynamic team in south London/Surrey.

If you are a skilled Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor interest in joining a firm that offered great flexibility and generous bonuses, read on.

You would be working in a close-knit team, with a senior member of staff who runs the department as well as some support staff.

The role has come about due to an increase in work in leasehold enfranchisement and the team now needs another senior fee-earner to help support their clients.

What you should bring:

  • Proven experience in handling complex leasehold enfranchisement matters
  • Ability to provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on topics such as collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022
  • Proficient in managing tribunal or court applications when required
  • Contribute to the expansion and success of the firm
