Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician to work for a manufacturer of components.
This is an excellent opportunity to form part of a collaborative team and for a choice employer in the Scunthorpe area.
Hours of Work: Mon-Thurs: 07:30 - 16:00 & Fri: 07:30 - 13:00
Salary: £24,000 -£26,000
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out defined testing procedures with specific testing equipment.
- Work with cross functional departments to feedback; make recommendations for change and process improvements.
- Conduct troubleshooting exercises during tests.
- Ensure root cause analysis is carried out, accurately recording test results and making sure each product meets the quality standards specified.
Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience:
- HNC or equivalent in electronic engineering or equivalent – highly desired, if not time spent hands on experience.
- Background in either electrical / mechanical manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in fault finding (component level).
- Competent in the us of MS Office packages.
