Office Manager (Financial Services sector experience is essential) Tunbridge Wells - circa £45,000

Do you want to work with a standout, successful team within a highly active, fun and professional working culture?

We are seeking a proficient Office Manager to join this innovative company in facilitating the smooth running of their offices and operations. You will be focused on the management of administration functions, including line management of the administration and paraplanning team, people organisation, including new starter set up and inductions, monitoring and maintenance of all office facilities and equipment, management of onsite health and safety, support for first line basic IT queries and assisting with any other ad hoc projects as required.

About you:

This is a fast paced, reactive role, requiring an adept leader and communicator, with proven managerial, project management and organisational skills. We are seeking someone who is discreet, highly adaptable and flexible to changing needs, customer focused and experienced in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

It is essential that you have prior experience within the financial services sector, along with excellent knowledge of Financial Compliance. If you also have experience or knowledge of Paraplanning this will be highly desirable, however, not essential to the role.
