Your new role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll undertake electrical repairs, testing and installation works across Lincoln & Boston, whilst complying with BS7671, ensuring implementation and compliance is inline with our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
You'll produce concise and accurate data records through PDA / mobile communication systems and reporting, ensuring tasks are completed right, first time, with materials and timescales both achievable and deliverable.
Attending Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks and Technical Bulletins monthly, you'll demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues at all times.
This role is working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Candidates must be able to facilitate working 1 in 4 week on the out of hours rota.
What you'll need to succeed
The minimum qualification requirements for this role are as follows:Any of:
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures and the environment)
- City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
- Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
Desirable:
- Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses
- ECS Card - Gold (this can be obtained during probation)
- Testing & Inspection
You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
