**Fleet Coordinator
- Annual Salary: £14.52 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our fleet operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background, attention to detail, and experience in fleet management. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to support our Fleet Services Manager in ensuring our fleet is safe, compliant, and optimally utilised.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain and update fleet databases and vehicle tracking systems with high accuracy.
- Ensure fleet maintenance schedules are current, including servicing and MOTs.
- Generate reports on fuel expenditure and mileage to aid in cost management.
- Handle the administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines, and accidents/incidents.
- Provide robust support to the Fleet Services Manager in various fleet-related tasks.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Possession of a full UK Manual driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in managing tax, MOTs, and telematics across a large fleet.
- A proactive approach with a can-do attitude, suitable for a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting are desirable.
