Are you a recent geology, geoscience, physical geography, engineering geology or geotechnical engineering graduate looking for a position to kickstart you career? This is the role for you! An exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer to join a team of ground investigation specialists in Durham, has presented itself. You'll be trained by a team of experienced engineers, working for a company with over 50 years in the industry and a huge variety of exciting projects around the North East to work on.
You'll be attending and assisting with site walkovers and ground investigations, bore-hole logging, soil sampling, ground water and gas monitoring, preparing phase plans, writing factual reports, working on in situ testing and observing day-to-day tasks to develop geotechnical knowledge.
The Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered:

The successful Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer will:
- Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, physical geography, geotechnical engineering, geoscience, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
- Been keen to learn and develop ground investigation knowledge.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Commutable to Durham.
- Full right to work in the UK.
