IStructE is a charity and the professional body for structural engineers. We have a global membership who have designed many of the world's iconic structures as well as many of the buildings and bridges we take almost for granted in our daily lives. We represent the best creatives and innovators in the profession at a global level and tackling climate change is at the top of our agenda.

Creating safer structures for the benefit of the public is at the heart of our remit and this includes environmental sustainability with structural engineers and the Institution at the heart of the impact construction has on natural resources and climate change.

We are passionate about inclusion and work hard to help those with talent, irrespective of background, to find and develop a route into the profession. Many of our members work to support the world's most vulnerable communities, especially those living in places prone to natural hazards such as earthquakes and extreme flooding.

If working as part of a staff team of about 74 people and alongside many of our members to address these issues appeals to you, then we would love to hear from you.
