Some Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English Literature lessons across a range of topics, including literature, language, and writing.
- Develop and implement creative and differentiated instructional strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each student reach their full potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
- Prepare students for examinations and help them develop strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- A degree in English Literature or a related field.
- A teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching English is preferred.
- Understanding of the curriculum and best teaching practices.
- A passion for literature and language and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in students.
