A manufacturing leader in their field are seeking a QA supervisor to come and join their busy and impressive business. This role will see you doing a mixture of hands on and administrative work, you will have exposure to all areas of the operation and will get the chance to communicate with all operational teams. This position offers a fantastic working environment, good benefits and an early finish on a Friday.
QA Team Leader responsibilities:
- Maintain quality processes making improvements where necessary
- Communicate with colleagues across all sectors of the business collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the QA process,
- Carry out a thorough inspection of goods in
- Do an initial inspection of goods from production line
- Put together a detailed set of test instructions
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery services are of the highest quality
- Work with and train the QA team to enhance and broaden their skill set. .
- Carry out Electrical testing (high and low voltage) ensuring that they are to relevant standards
- Review certification of Materials
- Work with teams to resolve any QA issues and prevent them from reoccurring
- Maintain records of standards, quality and testing.
QA Team Leader Skills:
- Qualified in Electrical Testing (NVQ Min)
- Hands on experience of electrical testing
- Experience of QA in a manufacturing environment
- A natural communicator - able to remain calm and get the best out of people.
- Understand technical drawings
