Job Title: Specification Technologist
Location Brompton-on- Swale
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday
Role:
As the Specifications Technician you will create and maintain specifications of raw materials and finished products.
Duties:
- Generate and review specifications of raw materials and finished products for the company and client.
- Conduct audit and review of product launch procedures.
- Supervise the company's supplier approval procedure and keep all approved supplier logs up to date.
- Make Sure supply chain maps are available and kept up to date for all raw materials.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products specifications are adhered for product launches.
- Produce QAS / colour standards for production / development.
- Other reasonable duties allocated by the Head of Technical.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Specification Technologist role.
- Experience working with raw materials within the food manufacture industry.
