An established organisation with 17 years in the industry is looking for a Call Handler to join the team in Wolverhampton. The team consists of fifteen great ladies, three lovely gents and Rosie and Looby Loo the post dogs - you will have to love their gorgeous Cockapoos!
As Call Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking and making calls
- Accurately record messages and send via email or WhatsApp
- Diary management using Google Calendars, Office365 and bespoke software systems
- Planning routes for clients
- Working with capsule CRM
- Booking appointments
- Email Management
- Typing
What we're looking for in a Call Handler?
- Previous experience in a call centre or telephonist role
- Good written and spoken English.
- Possess a professional telephone manner and clear telephone voice
- Understand Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook for emails
- Be organised with attention to detail
- Be quick to learn new systems
Hours:
Team Ewok (Trades) Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Team Yoda (business services) Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm
Team Yoda (business services) Tuesday to Friday 1.30pm - 5.30pm
All staff agree to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month (realistically it is only ever one) Saturday pay is in addition to basic salary.
