This role will report to the Executive Assistant and work with them to ensure that the administration needs of the business are met.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Meeting & greeting visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
- Booking meetings for internal and external meetings.
- Receiving and distributing daily post and managing postage from the business.
- Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as necessary.
- Cover Administrative Assistant during periods of Annual Leave.
- Administration responsibility for files through our internal HR system Bright HR, including supporting in the off-boarding process and keeping records accurate.
- Responsibility for supporting the process of induction of new staffing.
- Managing our internal security system for access to building.
- Full responsibility for managing the stationary order across two offices and with field staff.
- Any administration that that may be required.
