Contract Personnel are on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Sales Representative (Telesales Agent) to join our new client's team on a full time, permanent basis.
You would be joining a small and friendly team all committed to the same thing – producing and selling an award winning, and great tasting product!
Key responsibilities:
- Managing daily call lists, and delivery schedules while responding to inbound customer enquiries
- Assisting the Sales Development Managers with building relationships with our customers, placing orders and offering promotions
- Preparing the daily route boxes, working with the delivery team to ensure customers are kept informed of delivery schedules
- Developing a good understanding of the products, being aware of stock levels and new product launches to sell into appropriate customers
- Supporting our Sales Development Managers & National Account Managers, working closely with the Telesales Team Lead & Head of Free Trade
- Working with Finance to keep account balances up to date and take payments as necessary
- General office administration
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organisation skills, be a natural people person and be able to work in an fast paced environment.
Must Have:
- Sales driven/focused approach
- Approachable and confident; a true people person
- Excellent knowledge/experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Aability to plan and organise daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Good analytical skills
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry
- Experience of Sage 200 and Sage 200 CRM
- Experience of working with multiple distribution points and distribution planning
Salary: £25k (DOE) plus bonuses
Hours:
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
