Fulfilment Manager - Rotherham - £27,000 - £35,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative and exciting business, currently going through a strong period of growth, and looking to recruit an organised and conscientious Fulfilment Manager to join their busy Fulfilment team.
You will report into the Head of Fulfilment and be responsible for ensuring all orders are completed to a high standard and on time whilst supporting the team leader and other staff members.

Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Manager:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of letter fulfilment process
- Managing the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Proactively manage the fulfilment team to always deliver a high level of quality
- Resource planning
- Documenting processes to provide robust QC procedures to support quality compliance
- Stock management and forecasting
- Reporting on client specific KPIs and SLAs
- Attending client review calls where required
- Effective workforce planning
- Managing the contingent workforce ensuring adequate onboarding process
- End to end recruitment
- Motivating and inspiring the team by promoting positive communication
- Performance management and development of your direct reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
- Analytical with great attention to detail
- A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
