Agenda Partnership are recruiting for a talented Customer Service Advisor to actively work within the CS team, supporting customers within their portfolio. This person will be responsible for developing customers who will be renewing their subscriptions and for those who are new to the renewal process, ensuring high quality customer service, and working with new and existing customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Retain and develop customers
  • Look to resolve any complaints in a customer focused manner
  • Outbound and Inbound communication & initiatives relating specifically to retention activity and direct customer contact
  • Email communication with internal and external customers
  • Setting annual operating plan focussing on new subscriptions & cancels
  • Coordinate and implement retention strategies
  • Providing oversight of the portfolio through regular engagement with the senior leadership teams

The skills we are looking for:

  • Experience working within Customer Service, Retention, Complaints Handling or Inside Sales would be advantageous
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong both written and verbally
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
