Resident Experience Associate

We are recruiting for a motivated and customer focused customer service and sales representative to be the friendly face and driving force behind a vibrant residential development.

About the role:

  • Play a key role in building a warm, inclusive community.
  • Work along side the General Manager to maintain excellent standards.
  • Play a key role from first enquiry to lease renewal.
  • Support the lettings, manage enquiries and coordinate move ins and out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leasing enquiries, conduct apartment viewings and support the move in / out process.
  • Assist with organising and delivering community events.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, flat inspections and assist in monitoring reactive maintenance.
  • Address resident queries and service requests.

Requirements:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and property/ CRM systems
  • Ability to work Saturdays and public holidays on a rota.
  • Experience in a front of house role is a must.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
