We are recruiting for a motivated and customer focused customer service and sales representative to be the friendly face and driving force behind a vibrant residential development.
About the role:
- Play a key role in building a warm, inclusive community.
- Work along side the General Manager to maintain excellent standards.
- Play a key role from first enquiry to lease renewal.
- Support the lettings, manage enquiries and coordinate move ins and out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leasing enquiries, conduct apartment viewings and support the move in / out process.
- Assist with organising and delivering community events.
- Conduct health and safety checks, flat inspections and assist in monitoring reactive maintenance.
- Address resident queries and service requests.
Requirements:
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property/ CRM systems
- Ability to work Saturdays and public holidays on a rota.
- Experience in a front of house role is a must.
- Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
