Senior Account Manager, London Hybrid, £45K plus bonus and benefits.

This digital agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager. They have been established for 21 years and have a global footprint across 50 offices in 15 countries. They connect brands and organisations to the future through disruptive thinking and transformative digital innovation, backed by strong execution.

They are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their Client Partnership department. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and develop long-term client relationships and work with cross-functional internal terms to ensure the commercial success and delivery of solutions according to the client's needs.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Help develop and implement strategies alongside Account Directors which grow both existing and new clients, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Ensure that client's needs and expectations are met and that their projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining targeted margins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developing trust and credibility with important decision-makers.
  • Identify early and address any issues or challenges that may arise in client relationship.
  • Embrace client and market intelligence to hone tactics and targeting methods to improve conversion rates with the effective interpretation and application of data.
  • Lead internal client-centric conversations about budgeting and forecasting, working with the finance team at main reporting milestones to inform and agree on resourcing requirements.
  • Use your experience in digital platforms and tools to enhance concepts and proposals and inspire faith in knowledge and quality to create leads and unlock budgets.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in client services or account management within a digital agency, with a strong background in digital platform experience design, data science, digital transformation, and e-commerce.
  • Experience in helping create and deliver multi-channel strategies for clients that encompass always-on content and communications.
  • Experience with client retention, revenue growth, and achieving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and influencing skills. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Clear passion for digital technology and the use of strategy to guide digital transformation.
  • Good understanding of customer journey optimisation across all digital channels
  • Experience in Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Commerce, Target, Analytics) is an advantage.
