We are looking to recruitment Concierge's to join our temporary division. Working for our client on a temporary basis. We are looking for experienced Day and Night Concierge's to be based at luxury residential developments in all areas of London.
Position: Temporary Day or Night Concierge
Location: Across London
Salary: £11.44 to £12.00 p/h
Working Hours: Hours may vary
Job type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk
- Supporting last minute cover when available
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager
- Assisting residents with day to day queries
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits
- To provide regular updated availability to manager.
Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is required.
