Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. The position involves carrying out inspections, testing, and installations across a range of electrical services.
Day to Day of the role:
- Conducting Inspecting & Testing on customer's electrical installations (EICR's), Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
- Completing all relevant reports and certification using our cloud-based certification software and ensuring timely submission.
- Carrying out LED lighting replacements, adhering to project schedules and availability for in-hours and out-of-hours work.
- Travelling to sites across the region and staying overnight when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening/twilight shifts.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
- SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification OR equivalent Level 3 NVQ.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395.
- AM2 or equivalent.
- IPAF 3a & 3b licence.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Experience in an electrical testing environment and electrical installation/project work, especially commercial lighting replacements.
- Knowledge of UK Health and Safety Regulations.
